Iron Sharpen Iron
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong

Misssion

The mission of our organization is to connect the Church on the inside with the Church on the outside.

Objective

Our objectives are to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and proclaim freedom to the incarcerated and prepare them to re-enter society and overcome recidivism.

Goal

Our goals are to exalt the Savior; edify the incarcerated and formerly incarcerated while equipping them to overcome recidivism.

Why The Men Of Purpose

The Men of Purpose International has formed as Men and Women of God, who are filled with the spirit of God

"To proclaim freedom for the prisoners".Luke 4:18.

We believe we are on assignment to " Strive to "Remember the prisoners, as though in prison with them, and those who are badly treated since you yourselves also are in the body". Hebrews 13:3.

Our Story

Being moved by our passion for God, we believe we are to have compassion for Mankind. As God moved upon the leadership of those formerly incarcerated and those who served as volunteers within the Prison Industrial Complex. We affirm that the Lord assembled us together as Brother Lewis Lee who had served 44 years in State Penitentiaries desired to create a place of fellowship during the pandemic. We affirmed that this call was of the Lord and began to meet weekly via a zoom platform and monthly outings as opportunities became available.
Men of Purpose International stands upon
" Proverbs 27:17 NIV As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another".
